How to request a refund

Refunds and subscription management are handled through our payment provider, Stripe.

  • From your account page, open the billing portal to cancel your subscription or update payment details.
  • For a refund request, contact us with your account email and we will review and process eligible refunds via Stripe.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your subscription is canceled and access ends. Your stored journal data remains intact and will become readable again on re-subscription.
